Engineering Support
Autopilot houses a complete machine shop and a team of talented engineers under one roof. We deliver time and cost efficiencies by prototyping in-house. With the use of 3D printing technology, we are able to analyze results quickly and deal with specific details of each project while in development. Knowledge acquired from prototyping and testing is applied immediately to the project, producing the best results on time.
Prototype Machining
Need 5 parts or 5 dozen parts? Need ‘em quick? Let Autopilot’s prototype division (we call it the “Punk Rock” side of things) handle your order. With quality still at the forefront of the process, we can design fixtures, program tool paths, order material and get your parts to you quickly. Aluminum, steel, titanium, copper, brass, plastic…you name it. Full AS9102 inspection reports, material traceability and lot numbering come standard with your order.

Production Manufacturing
The “Symphony” side of things. With annual part orders between 200 and 100,000, our well-oiled production group can meet your manufacturing demands. Utilizing automation for lights-out production, Autopilot has the capabilities to meet your on-time delivery deadlines. Full shifts and weekend production keep your parts running at a steady clip. Need outside processing such as anodizing, heat treating or plating? We can help with that too.
